    En el artículo se postula el análisis y evolución histórica de la extinción de dominio, en el contexto internacional y en el nacional, así como los aspectos críticos que contiene en materia de violación de derechos humanos. Si el educador comprende el funcionamiento y alcances de la maquinaria humana, entonces podrá fomentar en el educando el aprovechamiento pleno y óptimo de su ser.

    The article postulates the analysis and historical evolution of asset forfeiture, in the international and national context, as well as the critical aspects it contains in terms of human rights violations. If the educator understands the operation and scope of the human machinery, then he will be able to promote in the student the full and optimal use of his being.
