    • Skeletal fragility is a well-known complication of acromegaly closely related to hypersecretion of GH and IGF1, leading to an increased fracture risk. At diagnosis and during follow-up, the evaluation of bone status is mandatory; however, nowadays the management of acromegaly-related osteopathy is still controversial.
