Resumen de Legitimación para negociar convenios colectivos sectoriales: experiencias prácticas

El objeto del presente estudio es efectuar un estudio riguroso y actualizado sobre la legitimación para negociar convenios colectivos sectoriales. Y para ello debemos de analizar el diálogo social en el ámbito de la Unión Europea, por su relevancia e importancia en el momento actual y también debemos analizar el sistema de diálogo social en el ámbito nacional, desde una perspectiva legal y jurisprudencial, a través de la doctrina del Tribunal Constitucional y del Tribunal Supremo. Asimismo, y para concluir, se analizan las resoluciones judiciales más recientes dictadas en la materia, de manera que los operadores jurídicos tienen un manual de referencia en relación con la materia que nos ocupa.

The purpose of this study is to carry out a rigorous and updated study on the legitimacy to negotiate sectoral collective agreements. And for this we must analyze social dialogue at the level of the European Union, due to its relevance and importance at the current time and we must also analyze the social dialogue system at the national level, from a legal and jurisprudential perspective, through the doctrine of the Constitutional Court and the Supreme Court. Likewise, and to conclude, the most recent judicial resolutions issued on the matter are analyzed, so that legal operators have a reference manual in relation to the matter at hand.
