    El objetivo general del estudio fue describir el método de enseñanza en el aula y del segundo ciclo de un curso de una universidad estatal y sus desafíos que enfrenta. En esta investigación de naturaleza cualitativa, de alcance descriptivo el diseño es un Estudio de caso, se utilizó dos guías de entrevistas semiestructuradas dirigidas al docente y estudiantes. Entre los hallazgos más relevantes tenemos, no se tiene una planificación adecuada en las actividades debido a la falta de formación pedagógica. El mal diagnóstico en la evaluación dificulta la toma de decisiones respecto a las actividades del curso.  Se concluyó que se necesita un acompañamiento continuo a los estudiantes para recabar información reflexiva sobre sus necesidades y sus avances; es necesario un trabajo articulado con la institución y docente respecto a la pedagogía docente reflexiva.

    The general objective of the study was to describe the teaching method in the classroom of the second cycle of a course of a state university in Lima and its challenges. In this research, of a qualitative descriptive nature, the design of a case study, a semi-structured interview guide for the teacher and students were used. Among the most relevant findings, there is no planning. regarding the course activities due to the lack of pedagogical training. The bad diagnosis in the evaluation makes it difficult to make decisions regarding the course activities. It was concluded that continuous monitoring of students is needed to gather reflective information about their needs and their progress; it is important  articulated work with the institution and the teacher about their reflexive pedagogy.
