  • The geometric-particle cadastre developed for the province of Avellino in the early 1930s represents the first geometric cadastre carried out in Irpinia, an indispensable source for all studies of the history of town planning in this province since it represents, on the one hand, evidence of the transformations carried out following the August 1930 earthquake and, on the other, the situation prior to the much more devastating one of November 1980.
