Resumen de Il progetto di bonifica della Valle del Sarno di Vincenzo degli uberti del 1844: una lettura comparata tra le vedute prospettiche e il catasto storico di fine ottocento
The paper aims to make a comparative reading between Vincenzo degli Uberti's proposal for the reclamation of the upper Sarno Valley and his 1844 publication Sul fiume Sarno. Discorso storico-idraulico in which he describes the project depicted. Added to this is a comparison with the urban situation at the end of the nineteenth century through the tables of the historical cadastre for the province of Salerno preserved in the l'Archivio Cartografico della Regione Campania, which offers the opportunity for a reinterpretation and updating of the cartographic repertoire concerning the territory.
