    A pesar de lo que pudiera parecer, la mayor parte de la obra filosófica de Pelayo Pérez García (Mieres del Camino, 1947-2025) se encuentra disponible en la Red. No sus poemas, desperdigados según se dice por varias revistas de vida frágil fagocitadas por el tiempo de papel, hoy en recesión. Su reunión y ordenamiento y la recopilación de las raras excepciones de los trabajos que no han hecho todavía su transición digital justifican este trabajo. Con ello pretendemos dar también a conocer la densidad de un filósofo discreto: en las arrugas de sus textos se pueden seguir las vicisitudes de una parte no desdeñable de la filosofía contemporánea en España y en español.

    De sus muchas colaboraciones en prensa hemos recogido solamente las aparecidas en el apartado El Prisma Crítico en el diario El Comercio de Gijón con lo que queda patente el mucho trabajo de investigación que resta para dimensionar correctamente la figura filosófica de Pelayo Pérez García.

    Esta es una aportación no cerrada y con el tiempo haremos por integrar los olvidos que se nos hayan quedado prendidos en los pliegues del pasado. El homenaje, sin embargo, está en el uso.

    Despite what it might seem, the majority of Pelayo Pérez García's (Mieres del Camino, 1947-2025) philosophical work is available online. Not his poems, scattered, it is said, among several fragile magazines swallowed up by the time of paper, now in recession. Their collection and arrangement, and the compilation of the rare exceptions of works that have not yet made their digital transition, justify this work. With this, we also aim to reveal the depth of a discreet philosopher: in the wrinkles of his texts, one can follow the vicissitudes of a considerable portion of contemporary philosophy in Spain and in Spanish.

    Of his many contributions to the press, we have only included those that appeared in the section El Prisma Crítico in the Gijón newspaper El Comercio, which clearly demonstrates the considerable research work that remains to be done to properly assess the philosophical figure of Pelayo Pérez García.

    This is an open-ended contribution, and over time we will try to integrate the forgotten pieces that have been trapped in the folds of the past. The tribute, however, is in the use.
