Educación informal: Los años sabios en el estadio español de Chile.

    La siguiente ponencia tiene como referente la labor que se realiza en el Estadio Español de Chile, subrayando la educación informal de adultos mayores ,socios de esta entidad en los últimos veinte años, fundamentada en el contexto de mejorar la calidad de vida de este grupo etario y generar un momento de interacción entre los mayores de 65 años, quienes pueden elegir tres talleres de 20 que se impar-ten, resaltando entre ellos, Taller Literario, Memoria Cognitiva, Taller de Música, Historia Gimnasia en el agua, Cultura General y Baile entretenido, entre otros. Es importante destacar la gestión realizada por el departamento Social Cultural y el Directorio de esta entidad, quienes denominaron a este programa Talleres “Años sabios”. A la Luz de esta investigación surge la pregunta ¿Qué concepto de gestión ha conducido a la autora de esta ponencia, investigar, y practicar como educadora en los trabajos que se realizan; en este caso nos referiremos al “Taller Literario Los años Sabios”? La metodología utilizada es histórica -analítica, investigando en fuen-tes primarias (archivos institucionales) y a entrevistas presenciales a socios que per-tenecen a este lugar de recreación, y que participan de estas actividades, recalcando que son inmigrantes desde diversas ciudades de España y que han ido traspasando sus costumbres de generación a generación.

    The following presentation has as a reference the work carried out in the Spanish Stadium of Chile, highlighting the informal education of older adults, members of this entity in the last twenty years, based on the context of improving the quality of life of this age group and generating a moment of interaction between those over 65 years of age. who can choose three workshops out of twenty that are taught, highlighting among them, Literary Workshop, Cognitive Memory, Music Workshop, History Gymnastics in the Water, General Culture and Entertaining Dance, among others. It is important to highlight the management carried out by the Social Cultural Department and the Board of Directors of this entity, who called this program Work-shops "Wise Years". In the light of this research, the question arises: What concept of management has led the author of this paper, to investigate, and to practice as an educator in the work that is carried out; in this case we will refer to the "Literary Workshop The Wise Years"? The methodology used is historical-analytical, research-ing primary sources (institutional archives) and face-to-face interviews with members who belong to this place of recreation, and who participate in these activities, empha-sizing that they are immigrants from various cities in Spain and that they have been passing on their customs from generation to generation.
