    Este trabajo de investigación explora las nuevas perspectivas del Sistema Interamericano de Derechos Humanos, centrándose en la evolución y la integración de estándares en materia de Empresas y Derechos Humanos en la jurisprudencia regional. A través de un enfoque analítico, se analiza un conjunto de cuatro sentencias clave emitidas por la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos entre 2015 y 2023. Estas decisiones ilustran cómo la Corte ha incorporado los Principios Rectores sobre Empresas y Derechos Humanos de las Naciones Unidas, consolidando un marco regional en la protección de los derechos humanos frente a las actividades empresariales. Este marco establece obligaciones claras para los Estados, quienes deben legislar y supervisar adecuadamente las actividades empresariales.

    This research explores new perspectives of the Inter-American Human Rights System, focusing on the evolution and integration of standards on Business and Human Rights in regional jurisprudence. Through an analytical approach, a set of four key judgments issued by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights between 2015 and 2023 is analyzed. These decisions illustrate how the Court has incorporated the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights, consolidating a regional framework for the protection of human rights in the face of business activities. This framework establishes clear obligations for States, who must adequately legislate and supervise business activities.
