    El presente trabajo analiza los editoriales del Diario La Capital de Rosario en el período 1931/1932, momentos éstos donde asumirá el gobierno de la Provincia de Santa Fe, Luciano Molinas, por el Partido Demócrata Progresista. El discurso político del Diario recorre, entonces, las transformaciones producidas como consecuencia de la crisis de 1930 y su repercusión en el ideario liberal, aún vigente para este medio. Las modalidades discursivas del enunciador nos permitirán comprender cómo redefine el diario el carácter de la democracia, el rol de los partidos políticos y la función de los gobiernos en esta nueva coyuntura.

    The present work analyzes the publishing houses of the Rosario´s newspaper “La Capital” in the period 1931/1932, moments these where Luciano Molinas assumed the government of the Province of Santa Fe, for the Progressive Democratic Party. The political speech of this newspaper crosses, then, the transformations produced as consequence of the crisis of 1930 and their repercussion of the liberal ideology, still in force. The discursive modalities of the newspaper will allow us to understand how it re-defines the character of the democracy, the role of the political parties and the function of the governments in this new conjuncture.
