    El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como finalidad, dar a conocer al lector una visión clara y accesible sobre los Derechos Humanos, partiendo de preguntas esenciales que orientan el estudio: ¿Qué son los Derechos Humanos?, ¿Cuáles son los Derechos Humanos?, ¿Qué función tienen en nuestra vida diaria?, ¿Cuál es la finalidad de conocerlos?, y ¿A dónde podemos acudir en caso de sentir que nos han sido vulnerados? Para la elaboración del presente trabajo, se han consultado varias fuentes tanto literarias como páginas web, de los organismos nacionales e internacionales que se encargan de proteger los Derechos Humanos. Asimismo, el artículo subraya la importancia de que cada persona conozca sus derechos fundamentales, pues ello representa una herramienta de empoderamiento frente a posibles actos de vulneración por parte de autoridades o particulares. La educación en derechos humanos fortalece el ejercicio de la ciudadanía y promueve una cultura de respeto, igualdad y justicia. Al concluir la lectura de este trabajo, el lector no solo podrá identificar qué son los Derechos Humanos y cuáles son, sino también comprender en qué circunstancias pueden verse limitados, así como conocer las instituciones a las que puede recurrir para exigir su cumplimiento y protección.

    The purpose of this research work is to provide the reader with a clear and accessible understanding of Human Rights, starting from essential questions that guide the study: What are Human Rights? Which are they? What role do they play in our daily lives? What is the purpose of knowing them? And where can we turn if we feel they have been violated? For the preparation of this study, various sources were consulted, including literary works and websites from national and international organizations responsible for protecting Human Rights. Furthermore, the article emphasizes the importance of every individual being aware of their fundamental rights, as this represents a tool of empowerment against possible violations by authorities or private parties. Education in human rights strengthens the exercise of citizenship and promotes a culture of respect, equality, and justice. By the end of this work, the reader will not only be able to identify what Human Rights are and which they encompass, but also understand under what circumstances they may be limited, as well as become familiar with the institutions that can be approached to demand their enforcement and protection.
