• Resumen

  • The need for yield tracers and their general application are considered in the context of radiochemical analysis of environmentally-important man-made radionuclides. The availability and criteria for choosing suitable tracers for use in the analysis of selected radionuclides are discussed and some of the difficulties highlighted including the diminishing availability of high quality tracer materials for some analyses.
