Resumen de Pensar en la enseñanza del amor como origen de la filosofía

En el campo de la enseñanza de la filosofía es posible abordar numerosas temáticas. Una de ellas, comúnmente tratada por quienes entran en contacto por primera vez con la disciplina, es la de los orígenes del filosofar de Karl Jaspers. No obstante, resulta llamativo lo reducidos que estos son y el modo en que entre ellos no se incluye al amor; especialmente si se considera que es parte de la etimología de la palabra filosofía y que se entiende como punto vincular fundamental entre el sujeto y el conocimiento.
Teniendo en cuenta estos planteos es que a través de estas páginas se cuestiona la exclusión del amor como origen de la filosofía y el filosofar, contemplando su posibilidad de inclusión. Para llevar a cabo esta tarea, se ofrece una definición básica del concepto mencionado, se analiza brevemente el lugar que ocupa en el mundo contemporáneo y se revisan sus posibilidades de despliegue en el ámbito de la enseñanza de la filosofía.

In the field of teaching philosophy, it is possible to mention the work with different topics. One of them, usually treated with those who enter in touch with the discipline for the first time, is the one about its origins according to Karl Jaspers. Nevertheless, it is interesting how they are just a few and the way that love is excluded; especially considering it is part of the etymology of philosophy and one of the most important elements in the relationship between the person and the knowledge.
In that sense, this paper questions the exclusion of love as philosophy’s origin and path to philosophize, while showing how it could be included. To this, it offers a basic definition around the mentioned emotion, it briefly analyzes the place it has in the contemporary world and there is a checking of its possibilities in the scope of the teaching of philosophy.
