    El acceso y la impartición de justicia, la protección efectiva de los derechos y la necesidad de una perspectiva social e inclusiva de los mismos son un común denominador en el texto y contexto de los sistemas jurídicos y políticos latinoamericanos que se han proclamado a favor de la democracia y del Estado Constitucional. Tales tópicos conforman un eje transversal en los contenidos de los doce trabajos de investigación que se han publicado en el Volumen 30, Número 47, Enero-Junio de 2025 de la revista Justicia de la Universidad Simón Bolívar, los cuales quedan compilados en este monográfico bajo el título de “Justicia, derechos e inclusión”.

    Access to and the administration of justice, the effective protection of rights, and the need for a social and inclusive perspective on these rights are common denominators in the text and context of Latin American legal and political systems that have proclaimed themselves in favor of democracy and the Constitutional State. These topics form a cross-cutting theme in the contents of the twelve research papers published in Volume 30, Number 47, January-June 2025, of the journal Justicia of Simón Bolívar University. These papers are compiled in this monograph under the title "Justice, Rights, and Inclusion."
