    Se presenta un caso familiar de dos hermanas de 11 y 14 años de edad, afectas de epidermolisis ampollosa distrófica tipo Hallopeau-Siemens, con florida sintomatología oral. Se expone la clasificación actual de epidermolisis ampollosas y se realiza una revisión bibliográfica de dicha forma clínica, haciendo hincapié en las manifestaciones orales de la enfermedad y en las pautas terapéuticas.

    A family case is presented of two sister aged 11 and 14, suffering from dystrophic epidermolysis bullosa of the Hallopeau-Siemens type, with a flourishing oral symptomatology. The actual classification of epidermolysis bullosa is shown and a bibliographic revision is carried out of this clinic form, focussing on the oral manifestations of the disease as well as on the therapeutic patterns.
