    Se consideran los Reglamentos y Estatutos que, a lo largo del tiempo, han regido la S.E.Н.M. Se resumen sus capítulos y articulado y se transcribe integramente el vigente que, habiendo sido aprobado en 1967, debería ser actualizado.

    It has been considered the Regulations and the Statutes that during a long time, they have ruled over the S.E.H.M. Its chapters and the series of articles have been summarized and the one which is in force, approved in 1967, is wholly transcribed and it should bring-up to date.
