    This essay presents an interdisciplinary research project, in the process of being implemented, in which it will be speculated how the so-called utopias give rise to thinking about the idea of sovereignty. It is intended to make a dialogue between Literary Studies, Linguistics, Law and Computer Science to think about how the collection of data from the social network Tiktok, which grew enormously during the Covid-19 virus pandemic, fosters such an approach. The Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy of the Chinese network will be addressed in order to see how mentioning the user, via pronouns, informs about the collection. The initial hypothesis is that the notion of Utopia helps to think about a concept that would be in crisis, that of sovereignty, since the biopolitical ubiquity gives rise, it seems, to a pulverized state presence. What follows concerns the part on Literary Studies, presented at the UFES congress.

    O presente ensaio visa apresentar um projeto de pesquisa interdisciplinar, em vias de ser implantado, no qual será especulado como os chamados textos utópicos ensejam pensar a ideia de soberania. Desse modo, pretende-se fazer um diálogo entre Estudos Literários, Linguística, Direito Internacional e Ciência da Computação para pensar como a coleta de dados da rede social Tiktok, que cresceu enormemente durante a pandemia do vírus Covid-19, fomenta tal abordagem. Para isso, abordar-se-á os Termos de Serviço e a Política de Privacidade da rede chinesa a fim de ver como a menção ao usuário, via pronomes, informa acerca da coleta. A hipótese inicial é que a noção de Utopia ajuda a pensar um conceito que estaria em crise, o de soberania, já que a ubiquidade biopolítica enseja, ao que parece, uma presença estatal pulverizada.
