In the light of the narrative of memory, the writings of the self and the so-called subjectiveturn, this proposal focuses on the migration experiences of women who, under family mandates and political and socioeconomic context, crossed the Atlantic in the mid-twentiethcentury from Spain to Argentina. The work aims to converge the migratory theme with theconfiguration of possible identities and to register the problematic of a minoritized culturein conjunction with various deficit circumstances, as occurs with hypoacusis in the (auto)fiction Aurelia quiere oír (María Rosa Iglesias, 2019). In this type of literature, experiences ofresistance emerge and challenge prevalent images, conceptions and prejudices in the contextof forced displacement in which issues of migration memory, gender and childhood converge. The analysis also aims to discuss some concepts that tend to prevail around the spheres ofexpression, circulation and dissemination linked to this literature.
