    Domestic and family violence against women has worsened during the pandemic, due to the limitation of physical spaces due to a public health issue. Social distancing, together with socioeconomic factors, individual and collective uncertainties and tensions, end up favoring family conflicts and being an obstacle to the denunciation of the situation. The increase in domestic and family violence, at least in the period observed here from June 2020 to March 2021, in Brazil, will not always be evidenced by numbers. Within this context, then, the objective is to analyze the factors and consequences caused to the victims of this violence, as well as to analyze the use of advocacy to expand female participation in favor of women's rights and guarantees. The problem of research is, therefore, to what extent can advocacy help the rights of the female personality? And by rights of the female personality is understood the legal protection to individual attributes and essential to women, such as their physical and psychic integrity, clearly attributes achieved in domestic and family violence. The hypothesis raised is that  advocacy causes pressure on public agents, by raising flags, causes and problematizing them before the social body, especially in the technological spaces of social networks, that there will be reaction of those agents to make the flag as a public agenda, as well as to take action in the search to solve, or mitigate, the problematization raised. The study will be developed from the survey of studies in the area of advocacy, democratic participation and violence against women for a bibliographic review. And, based on the deductive method, from the existence of the Brazilian democratic state, based on the principle of human dignity and, on the other hand, the aggravation of violence against women in the current social conjuncture. The results show an intimate relationship of advocacy, approximation of voices, here feminine, towards democracy, because it is revealed an instrument of direct participation and potential for the realization of interests and rights for women.

    A violência doméstica e familiar contra a mulher tem se agravado durante a pandemia, em razão da limitação dos espaços físicos por uma questão de saúde pública. O distanciamento social, aliado aos fatores socioeconômicos, às incertezas e tensões individuais e coletivas acabam por favorecer conflitos familiares e ser um obstáculo à denunciação da situação. O aumento da violência doméstica e familiar, ao menos no período aqui observado de junho de 2020 a março de 2021, no Brasil, nem sempre será evidenciado por números. Dentro deste contexto, então, objetiva-se analisar os fatores e consequências causadas às vítimas dessa violência, assim como analisar a utilização de advocacy para ampliação da participação feminina em prol dos direitos e garantias das mulheres. O problema da pesquisa é, portanto, avaliar em que medida advocacy pode auxiliar os direitos da personalidade feminina. E por direitos da personalidade feminina, entende-se a proteção jurídica aos atributos individuais e essenciais às mulheres, como sua integridade física e psíquica, claramente atingidos na violência doméstica e familiar. A hipótese levantada é de que as advocacys provocam uma pressão nos agentes públicos, ao levantar bandeiras, causas e problematizá-las diante do corpo social, principalmente nos espaços tecnológicos das redes sociais, que haverá reação daqueles agentes para tornar a bandeira como agenda pública, bem como para tomada de providências na busca de solucionar, ou mitigar, a problematização levantada. O estudo se desenvolverá a partir do levantamento dos estudos na área de advocacy, participação democrática e violência contra mulher para uma revisão bibliográfica. E, apoiado no método dedutivo, a partir da existência do Estado democrático brasileiro, fundamentado no princípio da dignidade humana e, de outro lado, o agravamento da violência contra a mulher na atual conjuntura social. Os resultados mostram íntima relação de advocacy, aproximação de vozes, aqui femininas, para com a democracia, isso porque se revela como um instrumento de participação direta e de potencial para efetivação de interesses e direitos em prol das mulheres.
