    El presente trabajo tiene por objeto examinar los presupuestos que, en opinión del autor, resultan indispensables para configurar la responsabilidad administrativa de fiscales y funcionarios del Ministerio Público. Aunque todavía resta un largo camino por recorrer, el texto aspira a dar los primeros pasos en la perenne búsqueda por alcanzar la aplicación de criterios homogéneos que garanticen la vigencia del principio de igualdad en las pesquisas disciplinarias incoadas al interior de la Fiscalía de Chile, contribuir a la promoción de una eficaz y eficiente  investigación en estas materias y, si acaso cabe, facilitar la uniformidad de criterios de juzgamiento, permitiendo que tanto eventuales investigados como investigadores conozcan con la mayor precisión posible el alcance de sus derechos y obligaciones.

    The purpose of this paper is to examine the budgets that, in the author's opinion, are essential to configure the administrative responsibility of prosecutors and employees of the Public prosecution’s office. Although there is still a long way to go, the text aspires to take the first steps in the perennial search to achieve the application of homogeneous criteria that guarantee the validity of the equal protection principle in disciplinary investigations initiated within the Chilean Prosecutor's Office, contribute to the promotion of effective and efficient investigation in these matters and, if possible, to facilitate the uniformity of judging criteria, allowing both potential suspects and investigators to know with the greatest possible precision the scope of their rights and obligations.
