  El estudio de factibilidad de cierta manera es un proceso de aproximaciones sucesivas, donde se define el problema por resolver. Para ello se parte de supuestos, pronósticos y estimaciones, por lo que el grado de preparación de la información y su confiabilidad depende de la profundidad con que se realicen tanto los estudios técnicos, como los económicos, financieros y de mercado, y otros que se requieran.

  The study of feasibility in certain way is a process of successive approaches, where he/she is defined the problem to solve. For he/she leaves it of suppositions, presage and estimates, for that that the grade of preparation of the information and their dependability depends on the depth with which they are carried out the technical studies so much, as the economic, financial and of market, and others that are required.
