    Este artigo é um recorte de uma investigação de Mestrado em Educação que teve como objetivo geral analisar as dimensões educativas da atuação do Sindicato dos Trabalhadores em Educação Pública de Francisco Beltrão - SINTEPFB no período de 2012 a 2023. Para o desenvolvimento do trabalho foi realizada uma pesquisa de abordagem qualitativa. Partiu-se da hipótese de que o espaço de mobilização sindical pode ser considerado um espaço educativo. O lócus da pesquisa foi o SINTEPFB, por meio da análise do histórico de sua formação, constituição e atuação, utilizando-se de suas publicações, atas e outros documentos específicos capazes de relatar e descrever essa trajetória. Além disso, ao longo da pesquisa, foram entrevistados membros da diretoria para captar e analisar a forma de como se manifesta essas dimensões educativas presentes na atuação do Sindicato entre os anos de 2012 a 2023. Constatou-se com a pesquisa a interação nas ações do SINTEPFB (reuniões, assembleias, mobilizações) com dimensões educativas e por meio da análise das entrevistas identificamos momentos e dimensões profundamente educativos. Foi nesse espaço de socialização das lutas, mobilizações, atuações do SINTEPFB que se desenvolveram novas relações com dimensões educativas, entre as quais destacamos: das práticas democráticas, da experiência e luta coletiva, das conquistas, das derrotas, da consciência de classe, da luta de gênero, da truculência dos entes públicos, das contradições sociais, da formação sindical e política, da identidade coletiva e da solidariedade.

    This article is an excerpt from a Master's in Education investigation whose general objective was to analyze the educational dimensions of the performance of the Union of Public Education Workers of Francisco Beltrão - SINTEPFB in the period from 2012 to 2023. For the development of the work, a qualitative approach research. The hypothesis was that the union mobilization space can be considered an educational space. The locus of the research was SINTEPFB, through the analysis of the history of its formation, constitution and operations, using its publications, minutes and other specific documents capable of reporting and describing this trajectory. Furthermore, throughout the research, members of the board of directors were interviewed to capture and analyze the way in which these educational dimensions present in the Union's activities are manifested between the years 2012 and 2023. The research demonstrated the interaction in the actions of the SINTEPFB (meetings, assemblies, mobilizations) with educational dimensions and through the analysis of the interviews we identified deeply educational moments and dimensions. It was in this space of socialization of the struggles, mobilizations and actions of SINTEPFB that new relationships with educational dimensions were developed, among which we highlight: democratic practices, collective experience and struggle, achievements, defeats, class consciousness, struggle gender, the brutality of public entities, social contradictions, union and political formation, collective identity and solidarity.
