  Este artículo analiza la evolución del turismo accesible e inclusivo desde una perspectiva legal. Para ello se aplica una metodología cualitativa que combina el análisis documental, la hermenéutica jurídica y la comparación institucional, con el objetivo de realizar una radiografía del estado actual del turismo accesible en el sur de Europa. Por último, se identifican los principales retos y desafíos que se plantean en un horizonte a medio y largo plazo.

  This manuscript analyzes the evolution of accessible tourism from a legal perspective. This research applies a qualitative methodology that combines documentary analysis, legal hermeneutics and institutional comparison, with the aim of making an x-ray of the current state of accessible tourism in southern Europe, allowing to identify the main challenges and challenges that arise in a medium- and long-term horizon.
