Resumen de Agenda urbana española: Buenas prácticas en la dimensión periurbana

  El 22 de febrero de 2019 se aprobó la Agenda Urbana Española (AUE), una Política Urbana Nacional alineada con los Acuerdos internacionales y, sobre todo, un nuevo método de trabajo que propone una nueva forma de mirar los pueblos y ciudades desde una perspectiva transversal e integrada. En 2022 se elaboró y publicó un Catálogo de Buenas Prácticas que recoge 66 actuaciones urbanas a nivel nacional que responden a los objetivos estratégicos y específicos del SUA de forma integrada. El objetivo de este estudio es identificar aquellos casos de estudio, de entre los recopilados en el Catálogo, que abordan la complejidad del espacio periurbano al tiempo que atienden a diversos objetivos específicos de la AEU, destacando su carácter transversal. Para ello, se extraen 6 ejemplos de los que se estudian los elementos y actuaciones más características con el fin de comprobar, por un lado, el incentivo que suponen los objetivos del AUE para abordar el espacio periurbano de forma integrada y, por otro, identificar las actuaciones que promueven dar respuesta a dichos objetivose en el ámbito periurbano.

  On 22 February 2019, the Spanish Urban Agenda (SUA) was approved, a National Urban Policy aligned with the international Agreements and, above all, a new working method that proposes a new way of looking at towns and cities from a cross-cutting and integrated perspective. In 2022, a Catalogue of Good Practices was drawn up and published, which brings together 66 urban actions at national level that respond to the strategic and specific objectives of the SUA in an integrated manner. The aim of this study is to identify those case studies, among those collected in the Catalogue, that address the complexity of the peri-urban space while addressing various specific objectives of the SUA, highlighting their cross-cutting nature. For that, 6 examples are extracted from which the most characteristic elements and actions are studied in order to verify, on the one hand, the incentive provided by the objectives of the AEU to address the periurban space in an integrated way and, on the other, to identify the actions that promote a response to these objectives in the periurban area.
