Tecnología 3D en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje de la carrera de enfermería

    Esta investigación se llevó a cabo con el propósito de evaluar la percepción de los estudiantes de enfermería en la Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí (ULEAM), extensión Pedernales, respecto a la posible incorporación de la tecnología 3D en la enseñanza de morfofisiología. Mediante un enfoque mixto, la investigación se centró en comprender la actitud de los estudiantes hacia esta tecnología y su potencial impacto en el proceso de aprendizaje mediante una encuesta aplicada a una muestra de 70 individuos, este análisis se complementó con la incorporación de estos datos en el software SPSS, lo que indicó una media significativa de 67.371 y una alta confiabilidad de resultados (0.877 en el coeficiente de Cronbach); además, la significancia es de 0.000 lo que aprueba la hipótesis alternativa de esta investigación. Se realizo el análisis cualitativo por medio de entrevistas al personal de tecnología, al decano y los docentes, y se identificaron barreras significativas, como la falta de infraestructura, la necesidad de más investigaciones en esta área y la capacitación a docente del entorno de tecnología 3D. La limitación principal del estudio es el tamaño de la muestra, sugiriendo la necesidad de futuras investigaciones post- implementación para evaluar el impacto real de la tecnología 3D.

    This research was carried out with the purpose of evaluating the perception of nursing students at the Universidad Laica Eloy Alfaro de Manabí (ULEAM), Pedernales extension, regarding the possible incorporation of 3D technology in the teaching of morphophysiology. Using a mixed approach, the research focused on understanding the attitude of students towards this technology and its potential impact on the learning process through a survey applied to a sample of 70 individuals, this analysis was complemented with the incorporation of these data in SPSS software, which indicated a significant mean of 67.371 and a high reliability of results (0.877 in Cronbach's coefficient); in addition, the significance is 0.000 which approves the alternative hypothesis of this research. The qualitative analysis was carried out by means of interviews with technology personnel, the dean and teachers, and significant barriers were identified, such as the lack of infrastructure, the need for more research in this area and the training of teachers in the 3D technology environment. The main limitation of the study is the sample size, suggesting the need for future post-implementation research to assess the real impact of 3D technology.
