La ejecución presupuestal en gobiernos locales del Valle Rio Apurímac y la modernización del estado

    La investigación tiene por objetivo examinar la ejecución presupuestal de los gobiernos locales del valle del río Apurímac y su relación con la modernización de la gestión pública. Se utilizo una metodología cuantitativa, correlacional, no experimental. La población se constituyó de funcionarios de gobiernos locales de la margen izquierda y derecha del río Apurímac, y la muestra se constituyó por 10 funcionarios de la Oficinas de Planificación y Presupuesto. Los resultados fueron procesados mediante SPSS v27 Statistics y se evidenció que existe relación significativa entre la ejecución presupuestal de los gobiernos locales del valle del río Apurímac y la modernización del Estado. Para la confirmación de hipótesis se aplicó el análisis de correlación a través del Rho de Spearman a los valores de los indicadores de las variables y sus dimensiones correspondientes, dando como resultado en la confiabilidad en el instrumento de 0.957, el nivel de correlación de 0.988 muy alta por lo que se procede a rechazar la hipótesis nula aceptándose la hipótesis general. Se concluye que la modernización favorece el uso de tecnologías de la información y comunicación, lo que facilita la implementación de políticas públicas y mejora la calidad de vida de los ciudadanos al ofrecer servicios eficientes y actualizados.

    The objective of the research is to examine the budget execution of local governments in the Apurimac River Valley and its relationship with the modernization of public management. A quantitative, correlational, non-experimental methodology was used. The population was made up of local government officials from the left and right banks of the Apurimac River, and the sample was made up of 10 officials from the Planning and Budget Offices. The results were processed using SPSS v27 Statistics and it was evident that there is a significant relationship between the budget execution of the local governments of the Apurímac River valley and the modernization of the State. To confirm the hypothesis, correlation analysis was applied through Spearman's Rho to the values ​​of the indicators of the variables and their corresponding dimensions, resulting in the reliability of the instrument of 0.957, the correlation level of 0.988 being very high, so the null hypothesis is rejected and the general hypothesis is accepted. It is concluded that modernization favors the use of information and communication technologies, which facilitates the implementation of public policies and improves the quality of life of citizens by offering efficient and updated services.
