    En este artículo se repasa la contribución durante los últimos 50 años de la revista Ciudad y Territorio Estudios Territoriales al debate disciplinar en las materias relacionadas con los temas tratados en ella. Tras un primer apartado donde se resume la historia de la revista desde sus inicios en 1968 hasta su configuración actual como confluencia de otras publicaciones previas, se hace un repaso por los contenidos y el enfoque de la revista entre 1975 y 2025. Se destacan algunos aspectos como su carácter multidisciplinar y la variedad de los temas tratados en detalle, con especial foco en la cobertura de los aspectos territoriales, la contribución al debate sobre legislación suelo, urbanismo y vivienda o a la reflexión sobre la disciplina del planeamiento urbanístico. También se señalan su carácter innovador y su vocación y proyección internacional.

    This paper reviews the contribution of the journal Ciudad y Territorio Estudios Territoriales to the disciplinary debate on the subjects related to the topics covered in it. After a first section summarising the history of the journal from its beginnings in 1968 to its current configuration as a confluence of other previous publications, the text reviews the contents and focus of the journal in the last 50 years. Some aspects are highlighted, such as its multidisciplinary nature and the variety of topics covered in detail, with special focus on the coverage of territorial aspects, the contribution to the debate on land and urban planning legislation or to the reflection on the discipline of urban planning. Its innovative nature and its international vocation and projection are also pointed out.
