    En pleno siglo XXI el tipo de docentes sonlos que están frente al grupo, es decir quéformación cuentan ante un mundo globalizado donde los alumnos se encuentran interactuando con dispositivos tecnológicos yaprendiendo de manera informal mientraspor el otro extremo tenemos a docentescon suficiente experiencia, pero no se tienela capacitación necesaria en las tecnologíaspor diversos factores. Si la educación demanda a estudiantes preparados de maneraintegral, es que a la formación docente se ledebe prestar énfasis para que a su vez puedan guiar a los educandos a un aprendizajereal y significativo. Habrá que hacer énfasisen las técnicas que implementa el docente debido a que en ellas se busca crear elvínculo entre el alumno y estudiante, porlo tanto, las técnicas deben ir modificándose de acuerdo al tiempo y al contexto. Unmaestro con la suficiente experiencia no essinónimo de perfeccionamiento, tal cosa seda en el momento de que uno se enfrenta anuevos retos lo que involucra que cada docente se mantenga capacitándose de acuerdo a las necesidades e intereses del alumno.

    In the 21st century, what type of teachers arethose who are in front of the group, that is,what training do they have in a globalizedworld where students are interacting withtechnological devices and learning informally while at the other end we have teachers with enough experience, but they do nothave the necessary training in the technologies due to various factors. If education demands comprehensively prepared students,it is there that teacher training should beemphasized so that they can in turn guidestudents to real and meaningful learning.Emphasis should be placed on the techniques implemented by the teacher because they are the way to create the link betweenstudent and student, therefore, the techniques must be modified according to timeand context. A teacher with sufficient experience is not synonymous with improvement, such a thing occurs when one facesnew challenges, which involves each teacherbeing trained according to the needs and interests of the student.
