  Los GIFs son una herramienta efectiva cuyo formato visual facilita y enriquece la comunicación en la sociedad. En nuestro grupo interdisciplinar de innovación educativa de la Universitat de València, empleamos esta herramienta en el aula universitaria en Ciencias de la Salud. Nuestros GIFs permiten la integración del conocimiento de Fisiología y Biología Celular, ofreciendo al alumnado no solo un recurso visual y dinámico, sino también una manera de asimilar los conceptos de forma más efectiva. Además, esta experiencia de creación y ejecución de un proyecto transversal e integrador, que reúne a docentes de diferentes disciplinas, departamentos y grados, contribuirá a mejorar uno de los Objetivos de Desarrollo Sostenible (ODS), específicamente el ODS4: Educación de calidad.
