  • Resumen
    • Sixty years ago Giovanni Bordiga published what remains today the most thorough and complete monographic treatment of the life and work of Giovanni Battista Benedetti. It was entirely appropriate, then, on the occasion of its sponsoring of an "International Congress on Giovanni Battista Benedetti e il suo tempo" (October, 1985), for the Venetian Institute of the Sciences, Letters and Arts to reissue the work in book form with an updated and annotated bibliography. This volume will be the obligatory starting point for all Benedetti research for some time to come.
