    Esta investigación examina la forma en que las tecnologías digitales han revolucionado la educación, adaptando los métodos tradicionales de estudio en métodos de enseñanza más interactivos y efectivos a través del análisis del impacto de las distintas herramientas tecnológicas con respecto al rendimiento académico y la participación de los estudiantes. Con un enfoque cuantitativo, de modalidad descriptiva y correlacional, se hizo uso de encuestas para la recolección de datos de al menos 235 estudiantes de los diferentes niveles dentro de la carrera de Ingeniería Industrial, lo cual ha permitido realizar un análisis más detallado con respecto a la influencia de estas herramientas aplicadas en el desempeño educativo. Con la finalidad de comprender a mayor detalle la influencia de las distintas herramientas tecnológicas con respecto al proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje, se realizaron tres tipos de análisis, el primero corresponde a la preferencia de los estudiantes con respecto a las distintas herramientas tecnológicas aplicadas, de las cuales se pudo constatar que su preferencia se inclina hacia las herramientas tecnológicas que presentan mayormente contenido multimedia y que son más didácticas, el segundo análisis busco medir el nivel de satisfacción de los estudiantes con respecto a la implementación de las distintas herramientas tecnológicas en sus actividades académicas, donde más del 90% de los estudiantes presenta un mayor nivel de satisfacción con respecto a la eficacia de estas herramientas en el proceso de aprendizaje, el ultimo análisis corresponde a una comparación entre las distintas características que presentan las distintas plataformas educativas brindadas, reflejando la preferencia de los estudiantes por la plataforma Xisce.

    This research examines how digital technologies have revolutionized education, adapting traditional study methods into more interactive and effective teaching methods through the analysis of the impact of the different Technological tools with respect to academic performance and student participation. With a quantitative, descriptive and correlational approach, surveys were used to collect data from at least 235 students of different levels within the Industrial Engineering career, which has allowed a more detailed analysis with respect to the influence of these tools applied on educational performance. In order to understand in greater detail the influence of the different Technological tools with regard to the teaching-learning process, three types of analyses were carried out, the first corresponds to the preference of the students with respect to the different Technological tools applied, of which it could be seen that his preference is inclined towards Technological tools that mostly present multimedia content and that are more didactic, the second analysis I seek to measure the level of satisfaction of the students with respect to the effectiveness of these Technological tools in their academic activities were more than 90% of students have a higher level of satisfaction with respect to the effectiveness of these tools in the learning process, the last analysis corresponds to comparison between the different characteristics present by the different educational platforms provide, reflecting the students preference for the Xisce platform.
