In order to achieve higher levels of production and development in poultry farming, it is necessary to implement nutritional strategies such as the use of macro and micronutrients, which allow obtaining a final product of higher quality and better nutritional content; zinc being one of the indispensable trace elements in the diets of birds, essential for a series of biological processes to be carried out; essential for normal growth, good health and fertility, bone and feather development, and appetite control; This research was born with the objective of evaluating the effect of different levels of zinc in the diet of broilers, through a descriptive methodology osino an experimental method, with a quantitative approach, with three treatments (20, 40 and 80 ppm of zinc), a control group (0 ppm of zinc), six repetitions made up of ten birds, twenty-four experimental units, for a total of two hundred and forty biras; with a completely randomized design, evaluated through statistical software (SPSS version 26). The collected results indicate that the zinc content supplemented in the diet did not show significant differences for the variables feed consumption, weight gain, final live weight, carcass weight, breast weight and mortality. Regarding the variables feed conversion, carcass yield and breast yield, the results show that when supplementing.
