Mejora de la gestión de una Pyme mediante el sistema ERP Odoo

    Un sistema ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) se encarga de establecer la planeación de los recursos empresariales. Se trata de un software que ayuda a tener una mejor organización, programación, automatización, y gestión en diferentes aspectos de un negocio. El objetivo de este artículo es investigar y analizar por qué las pymes requieren de un sistema ERP y cuál es el principal motivo por el que desean implementar este sistema. La metodología de este artículo se llevó a cabo considerando investigación de literatura, formulación de cuestionarios, estudio analítico de pymes de acuerdo con artículos ya publicados, además se gestionaron algunos procesos de la PYME mediante el software Odoo. Gracias a los datos obtenidos se logró conocer el antes y el después de una empresa al implementar el mencionado sistema, las cuales logran un cambio muy interesante que beneficia a la empresa, este cambio va desde recursos materiales, control de inventarios, proveedores y mejora de ventas. Este impacto se conocerá más detalladamente en el desarrollo de este análisis de investigación.

    An ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system is responsible for establishing business resource planning. It is a software that helps to have a better organization, programming, automation, and management in different aspects of a business. The objective of this article is to investigate and analyze why SMEs (Small and medium enterprises) require an ERP system and what is the main reason why they want to implement this system. The methodology of this article was carried out considering the literature search, questionnaire formulation, analytical study of SMEs according to articles already published, in addition, some SME processes were managed using the Odoo software. Thanks to the data obtained, it was possible to know the before and after of a company by implementing the aforementioned system, which achieve a very interesting change that benefits the SME, this change ranges from material resources, inventory control, suppliers, and sales improvement. This impact will be known in more detail in the development of this research analysis.
