La planificación de clase en la enseñanza universitaria

    Los desafíos que enfrenta hoy la enseñanza superior demandan que la docencia en las universidades se enfoque esencialmente en el aprendizaje y esto implica una sólida preparación de los profesores, en este nivel. Desde esta perspectiva, se trata de incentivar la reflexión sobre la importancia y utilidad que tiene el plan de clase, como herramienta fundamental para garantizar la previsión, las aspiraciones y las metas en el proceso docente, considerándolo como el modo más eficaz que tiene el docente de preparar su trabajo, organizar el tiempo de clases y promover un mejor aprendizaje por parte de sus alumnos.  Se ofrecen algunas consideraciones y sugerencias dirigidas, especialmente, a los profesores que se inician en la docencia universitaria.

    The challenges that faces today the university education demand that the educational process in the universities is focused essentially in the learning and this implies a solid preparation of the professors in this level. From this perspective the objective is to motivate the reflection about the importance and utility that for it has the class plan, as fundamental tool to guarantee the forecast, the aspirations and the goals in the educational process, considering it as the most effective way that has the educational one of preparing their work, to organize the time of classes and to promote a better learning on the part of their students.  The author offers some considerations and directed suggestions, especially, to the professors that begin in the university.
