La resiliencia de la mujer en la etapa del climaterio

    Introducción: El climaterio es un período fisiológico que caracteriza la transición de la vida reproductiva a la no reproductiva de la mujer, durante esta etapa pueden aparecen situaciones marcadamente traumáticas de privación extrema, de amenaza grave o de estrés importante, algunas mujeres logran resistir o recuperarse plenamente, a esta singular capacidad se ha denominado Resiliencia. Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de Resiliencia de las mujeres en la etapa del climaterio. Método: Se trata de los resultados de una investigación prospectiva, exploratoria de corte transversal en la consulta de climaterio y menopausia del Hospital Docente Ginecobstétrico de Guanabacoa durante el periodo de septiembre 2022 a septiembre del 2024. La muestra estuvo constituida por 72 mujeres que asistieron a la consulta a las que se les aplicó un cuestionario que contenía variables demográficas y la escala para evaluar en diez dimensiones la Resiliencia. Los datos fueron procesados y los resultados organizados en tablas de distribución de frecuencia para su análisis y discusión en la presentación. Resultados: La edad predominante fue entre 50 y 54 años, con nivel medio de escolaridad, la mayor parte casada y el nivel de resiliencia predominante fue medio.

    Introduction: Climacteric is a physiological period that characterizes the transition of the reproductive life to her not reproductive they can of the woman, during this stage markedly traumatic situations of extreme privation, of grave threat or of important stress, some women appear they manage to resist or to recover completely, to this singular capability has named him Resilience. Objectives: Determining Resilence level of the women in the stage of climacteric. Method: The sign has to do with transverse court's prospective, exploratory investigation in consultation of climacteric and Guanabacoa Hospital Docent Ginecobstétrico menopause during the period of September  2022 to September of the 2024, it was constituted for 72 women that attended the consultation that they devoted themselves to  him a questionnaire that was containing demographic variables and the scale to evaluate in ten dimensions the Resilence to 40 and height, where less than 25 it is a low level, intermediate of 25 over 40, the data they stood trial and the proven to be presenters in tie of frequency distribution for his analysis and discussion. Resulted: The age the fact that I predominate went from 50/54 with 30.5 %, the marital status but significant you were the one with being married with a 48.6 %, the school caught up with level was secondary with 44.4 %, Resilence level of the women was the interval with a 62.5 % that I predominate, the dimension you were the one with being optimistic with 43 women that represents 59.7 % of cases.

    Findings: The intermediate punctuation according to scale of Resilence was the most significant group, being the optimism the most outstanding dimension.
