  • This paper analyses the implications of the EU Artificial Intelligence Regulation in the field of justice, highlighting the transformative potential of digital technologies. While these innovations offer opportunities for greater efficiency, transparency and inclusion, they must be considered carefully to avoid compromising fundamental rights. The paper examines specific applications, such as digital judicial procedures and algorithmic case management, emphasising the importance of balancing technological advances with safeguarding fundamental principles of justice.
