    Los comportamientos violentos de padres a hijos en contextos educativos han sido ob-jeto de numerosa polémica. En este trabajo se analiza la figura fundamental de justificación penal de este tipo de conductas, el derecho de corrección. En concreto, se traza un breve recorrido histórico que sintentiza su origen y evolución, se define su concreción normativa en la actualidad y, de manera central, se plantea el choque interpretativo entre el Código Penal y demás legislación aplicable y la posición del Tribunal Supremo español. Por último, se propone una solución a la distorsión interpretativa del alto tribunal mediante la figura del error sobre el alcance de las causas de justificación

    Violent behaviors from parents toward children in educational contexts have been the subject of significant controversy. This work examines the fundamental figure of criminal justification for such conduct, the right of correction. Specifically, it outlines a brief his-torical overview that summarizes its origin and evolution, defines its current normative framework, and, centrally, addresses the interpretative conflict between the Criminal Code and other applicable legislation and the position of the Spanish Supreme Court. Finally, a solution to the interpretative distortion by the high court is proposed through the concept of error regarding the scope of justification grounds
