    Desde finales de este siglo XX estamos observando un gran incremento en la incidencia de traumatismos dentoalveolares así como en el número de repercusiones médico-legales (sobre todo en forma de indemnizaciones) que de estos se derivan tanto a nivel hospitalario como a nivel del propio consultorio dental y en definitiva, en la persona del odontoestomatólogo. Es por ello, por lo que describimos tres casos clínicos que pensamos que pueden ayudarnos a realizar un correcto protocolo de urgencia frente a los traumatismos dentoalveolares. Exponemos además, algunos datos que pueden ser de interés a la hora de predecir el tipo de paciente y de fractura que más frecuentemente atenderemos en nuestra consulta.

    Since the end of this century XX we are seing a big increment in the prevalence of dental injuries and in the number of medician-legal repercusions that of this they derive in the hospital leve! and in the private dental clinic. This is the reason because we describe three clinic cases that we think they can help us to do a correct emergency protocol from the dental injuries. We expose too, sorne pieces of information they can be interesting when we predict the type of patient and the fracture that we usually attend in our clinic.
