  • The leading social model in western Europe is the result of an historical evolution of the relationship between market economy and labour law which eventually turned out to be complementary. For this reason nor even the crisis of the capitalistic system is by itself able to destroying the labour law inherited by the XX century. At the same time, the stake is too high and shows how irresponsible is to renounce to critics of the existing legislation.
