Un mirada a la heterogeneidad social desde las redes sociales de los cooperativistas no agropecuarios

    La investigación de la que parte este artículo analiza la configuración del entramado social de los cooperativistas no agropecuarios como nuevos actores sociales, tanto a lo interno del espacio laboral como en otras dos esferas en las que transcurre la vida cotidiana: familia y tiempo libre. Se toman como referentes la Teoría de las Redes Sociales y los análisis en torno al Cooperativismo. Los resultados muestran espacios de relación heterogéneos tanto a nivel individual (de los cooperativistas) como colectivo (de las CNA) que dibujan contextos más favorables para unos/as que para otros/as. Se reafirma los retos de buscar alternativas ante la desigualdad y potenciar el desarrollo del cooperativismo.

    The research from which this article is based analyzes the configuration of the social fabric of non-agricultural cooperatives as new social actors, both within the working space and in two other spheres in which daily life takes place: family and free time. The Theory of Social Networks and the analysis of Cooperativism are taken as references. The results show spaces of heterogeneous relationship both at the individual level (of the cooperative members) and the collective level (of the CNAs) that draw more favorable contexts for some / as than others. It reaffirms the challenges of finding alternatives to inequality and promoting the development of cooperativism.
