Validación de constructo de una rúbrica socioformativa para evaluar los elementos de la comunalidad en los docentes

    RESUMEN En el presente artículo se analizaron las propiedades de validez de constructo y confiabilidad del instrumento “Rúbrica para evaluar el grado de vivencia de la comunalidad por parte de los docentes”. La rúbrica se aplicó a 300 docentes y el análisis de validez de constructo se realizó mediante el análisis factorial exploratorio y la confiabilidad por el alfa de Chronbach. Los resultados muestran la existencia de tres factores que explican más del 47% de la varianza, esto corresponde con la propuesta teórica inicial. Finalmente, la confiabilidad total del instrumento fue de 0.892 y por factor fue de 0.902; 0.810 y 0.760. Se puede concluir que los elementos que integran la rúbrica son representativos y reproducen el constructo de la vivencia de la comunalidad por parte de los docentes.

    ABSTRACT In this article the properties of construct validity and reliability of the instrument "Rubric to assess the degree of experience of communality by teachers" were analyzed. The rubric was applied to 300 teachers and the construct validity analysis was performed using exploratory factor analysis and reliability by Chronbach's alpha. The results show the existence of three factors that explain more than 47% of the variance, this corresponds to the initial theoretical proposal. Finally, the total reliability of the instrument was 0.892 and by factor it was 0.902; 0.810 and 0.760. It can be concluded that the elements that make up the rubric are representative and reproduce the construct of the experience of communality by teachers.
