    En el compromiso que deben asumir las universidades ante las problemáticas sociales, la Corporación Universitaria Minuto de Dios de Colombia y la Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador de Venezuela realizan una investigación que permite dilucidar la realidad de los derechos de la infancia migratoria en la frontera colombo-venezolana de la región de Norte de Santander. Se entiende que la infancia ha sido uno de los sectores donde los derechos humanos, la asistencia y su estudio han sido relevantes por sus altos índices de vulnerabilidad. En este sentido, se planteó una investigación etnográfica, geográficamente localizada, de carácter exploratorio, y apoyada en una investigación de campo que evidencia la realidad de condiciones de vida de la infancia migratoria en situación de calle y de albergue de la ciudad de Cúcuta, en virtud de que este contexto es el actual escenario de sobrevivencia de estos infantes. Los actores fueron identificados en contexto de calle y de albergue. Desde el análisis de contenido, se realiza la interpretación de los resultados, se logra exaltar los aditamentos que determinan la vulnerabilidad de la infancia migratoria, y con ello, la ruta de transformación de la realidad actual.

    In the commitment assumed by the Minuto de Dios University Corporation in the face of social problems, it begins an investigative process that allows us to elucidate the reality of the rights of migratory children on the Colombo-Venezuelan border in the Norte de Santander region, understanding that childhood It has been one of the sectors in which human rights, assistance and study are most relevant due to their high vulnerability indexes. In this sense, a geographically localized ethnographic investigation of an exploratory nature was proposed, supported by a field investigation that shows the reality of living conditions of migratory children in street and shelter situations in the city of Cucuta, since this context is the current survival scenario to which these infants are subjected. The actors were identified in the street context and the shelter context. From the content analysis, the interpretation of the results is carried out, managing to exalt the different attachments that determine the vulnerability of migratory children and with it the route of transformation of the current reality.
