  Presentamos en este trabajo tres casos clínicos de ~iones maxilares que fueron diagnosticadas mediante diversas técnicas de diagnóstico por imagen (radiografía periapical, ortopantomografía, radiografía de Waters, tomografías, TAC, ecografía, arteriografía...). En este estudio queremos enfatizar la importancia de la realización del diagnóstico precoz de este tipo de lesiones, que en principio aparecerán en una radiografía de rutina manifestándose como una lesión radiolúcida u otro tipo de imagen. En la práctica odontológica actual existe una estrecha colaboración entre diferentes especialistas que conjuntamente podrán establecer no solamente el diagnóstico, sino también la prioridad y el criterio más conservador o radical a seguir en el tratamiento de los pacientes.

  In this study we report three cases of maxillary lesions that were diagnosed by severa! image diagnosis techniques (periapical radiographs, Waters radiographs, tomographies, computed tomography scans, ecography, angiography... ). The purpose of this report is to emphasize the importance of the early detection of this kind of lesions, which usually appear like a radiolucent image or another type of image. Nowadays, close ties exist among different specialities in Odontology. So, it will be easier to establish not only the diagnosis but the conservative or radical approach we need to take in the treatment of these patients.
