Se analiza el efecto del diclofenaco en la cirugía del tercer molar inferior. Dos grupos de 15 pacientes cada uno fueron tratados con diclofenaco y paracetamol respectivamente tras la extracción quirúrgica del tercer molar inferior, midiéndose la inflamación y el trismo en distintos tiempos del postoperatorio.

The diclofenac effect in the third lower molar surgery is analyzed in this paper. Two groups of fifteen patients each treated one with diclofenac and the other with Paracetamol after surgery, measuring both swelling and trismus at standarized periods.
