    La lectoescritura es la habilidad que adquiere el ser humano en leer y escribir, proceso que se aprende de forma continua por el resto de la vida. Bajo este contexto se desarrolló esta memoria de trabajo final, cuyo objetivo general fue diseñar estrategias didácticas de comprensión lectora para mejorar los hábitos de lectura en los estudiantes de la carrera de Tecnología en Desarrollo Infantil del Instituto Superior Tecnológico Martha Bucaram de Roldós. La metodología que se utilizó para el desarrollo bajo el enfoque metodológico de una revisión sistemática, para lo cual se utilizó códigos booleanos, por otro lado, el enfoque metodológico que se manejó fue el cualitativo, que se basó principalmente en la recolección y análisis de los datos. La población que participo de esta investigación fue de 40 personas (35 estudiantes y 5 docentes), la recolección de información fue a través de la técnica de la entrevista y como instrumento se utilizó un cuestionario cerrado (preguntas estructuradas). Se obtuvo los siguientes resultados, los estudiantes afirman que la técnica que han venido trabajando en la etapa educativa es la realización de cuadros sinópticos y mapas conceptuales, además mencionan la importancia que tiene la comunicación del docente y el estudiante esto permite alcanzar un entendimiento de los temas tratados, razón por la cual sus niveles de conocimiento alcanzan resultados satisfactorios, también están conscientes que el tiempo que deben dedicar a la lectura y escritura es alta en la formación de educación superior (tecnológica), esto permite alcanzar buenas notas en sus diferentes evaluaciones, por otra parte el docente menciona que dentro de la metodología de enseñanza de la lectoescritura está la utilización de recursos didácticos, para ello se debe de fomentar la lectura de noticias y concursos entre estudiantes y la manera de fortalecer es a través de la lectura individual y la lectura como actividad complementaria. Dentro de la propuesta está la realización de actividades dónde se debe practicar la lectura clara y fluida, con textos literarios, donde se analice el contenido de escrituras científicas (artículos científicos) con temas relacionados a la carrera Desarrollo Infantil principalmente

    Literacy is the skill that human beings acquire in reading and writing, a process that is learned continuously for the rest of their lives. Under this context, this final working report was developed, whose general objective was to design didactic reading comprehension strategies to improve reading habits in students of the Technology in Child Development career at the Martha Bucaram de Rold�s Higher Technological Institute. The methodology that was used for the development under the methodological approach of a systematic review, for which Boolean codes were used, on the other hand, the methodological approach that was handled was qualitative, which was based mainly on the collection and analysis of the data. The population that participated in this research was 40 people (35 students and 5 teachers), the collection of information was through the interview technique and a closed questionnaire (structured questions) was used as an instrument. The following results were obtained, the students affirm that the technique they have been working on in the educational stage is the creation of synoptic tables and conceptual maps, they also mention the importance of communication between the teacher and the student, this allows them to achieve an understanding of the topics covered, which is why their levels of knowledge reach satisfactory results, they are also aware that the time they must dedicate to reading and writing is high in higher education (technological) training, this allows them to achieve good grades in their different evaluations. On the other hand, the teacher mentions that the use of teaching resources is part of the literacy teaching methodology. To do this, the reading of news and contests among students must be encouraged and the way to strengthen it is through individual reading. and reading as a complementary activity. Within the proposal is the carrying out of activities where clear and fluent reading must be practiced, with literary texts, where the content of scientific writings (scientific articles) is analyzed with topics related to the Child Development career mainly.
