The author summarizes the main trends of capitalist globalization, in which he indicates the role of hegemonic sciences, in particular the theory of management, the deepening crisis, the dialectic between the needs and the strategy of pressure and negotiation, and resistances and struggles to overcome the contradictions, deregulation and depredations of corporate capitalism, among which he stands out the altermondialist youth, the Zapatism and the Cuban socialism. From a conception that incorporates the theory of the systems, he aims at the challenges that the critical thought must confront and determines the strategy of the ruling technocratic complex.
