  El ensayo que sigue es un intento de repensar la circulación de libros e ideas árabes y de reflexionar sobre lo que la introducción de textos copto-árabes en la península ibérica significa para la comprensión de la historia intelectual de los cristianos andalusíes, de eruditos como Ramón Martí que vivieron principalmente en la órbita intelectual latino-cristiana, pero conocían bien el árabe y leían ampliamente textos árabes, y de las posibles interconexiones entre ellos.

  The essay that follows is an attempt to think about the circulation of Arabic books and ideas and to reflect on what the introduction of Copto-Arabic texts in the Iberian Peninsula means for the understanding of the intellectual history of the Andalusī Christians, of scholars such as Ramon Martí who lived primarily in the Latin-Christian intellectual orbit, but knew Arabic well and read widely in Arabic texts, and of the possible interconnections between them.
