  • he article comments on the recent decision of the Corte costituzionale n. 231/2013, which adds a new provision to art. 19 of Statuto dei lavoratori (Act 20 May 1970, n. 300). The author is critical of the content of the decision, because it brings about, as a consequence, the absence of any selective criterion for the constitution of trade union representations at plant level.
