  • The decision of the court arrives in a moment of great difficulties and uncertainties for the industrial relations, not only in the Italian case. A moment that lacks any promotional effort by the governments as far as union action is concerned. The comment is carried out from the point of view of industrial relations, that are mainly a great art of problem solving. The decision is very interesting because the court has been taking into account the changing context of industrial relations. A question is still open: the one regarding the survival in the Italian case of the model of single channel. Maybe that it could be useful to think about the possibility to come back to the dual channel model.
