    La concepción del complejo parte de afrontar unapromoción de 98 viviendas realizada en 3 fases, en las que eléxito de la fase antecesora no aseguraba el éxito de llevar atérmino la siguiente. Por este motivo se planteó un proyectoadaptable a la demanda del mercado en el momento de sucomercialización, pero sin perder su esencia ni su lectura comoun único complejo residencial.El conjunto acoge una gran diversidad familiarcontemplando viviendas de dos, tres y cuatro dormitorios, ysuperficies desde 70 m² a 120 m². Su distribución se desarrollaen dos sótanos de aparcamiento, planta baja y 8 plantasalzadas con viviendas bajo cubierta.La materialización del edificio, integrando perimetralmenteencintados blancos de hormigón prefabricado, contribuyó ala lectura del edificio como un conjunto unitario, en el que lasgeometrías curvas, concebidas inicialmente como delimitadorasde las células de viviendas, contribuyeron finalmente a otorgarleuna mayor ligereza y dinamismo.

    The design of the residential complex is based ona development of 98 homes carried out in three phases. Thesuccess of the previous phase does not guarantee the successfulcompletion of the next. For this reason, a project was proposedthat could be adapted to market demand at the time of itscommercialisation. This project would retain its essence and itsinterpretation as a unique residential complex.The complex offers a variety of residential options to suit arange of requirements, with properties ranging from two-bedroomto four-bedroom apartments, offering between 70 m² and 120 m²of living space. The layout of the complex includes two parkingbasements, a ground floor and eight upper levels, with loftapartments.The design of the building, incorporating prefabricated whiteconcrete edging around the perimeter, has helped the building tobe seen as a unitary complex, in which the curved geometries,initially designed to delineate the living spaces, have ultimatelyhelped to give it greater lightness and dynamism.
